Ensure that all documents and material received in the restaurant are of satisfactory quality
Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against
invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records
Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items
Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Responsible for monitoring the returns process
Verify receipts and log them according to required procedures
Regularly enter inventory data into system on a timely basis
Hands on stock management, including receiving deliveries of frozen, chilled and dried goods
Inspects the supplier's invoice for accuracy in quality descriptions, quantities, and prices
Processes invoices on a daily basis
Maintains filing up-to-date and organized
Maintains professional working relationships with suppliers
Encoding and documentation of staff meal and kitchen wastages
Responsible of emailing reports to the higher departments for records.
Purchasing order and booking of all items needed in restaurant.
In charge of cleaning and arranging walk-in storages such as Meat walk-in, Vegetables walk-in
