Dealing With Siemens Building Technologies Portfolio as MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd are
Authorized Channel Partners for Siemens BT INT. Here, we come across inquiries related to
HVAC Controls, Building Automation and Fire Alarm systems. Offering solutions based on
Desigo CC for HVAC Controls and Building Automation. We are designing projects with PXC
Series Controller and their relevant field level instruments. Designing Siemens Cereberus Pro
and Sinteso Fire Alarm Systems. Also handling maintenance and expansion of installed based
projects.
This job has given me an opportunity to develop my skills how to manage and secure installed
based projects, and how to offer Siemens Latest portfolio to their existing systems, how to
manage their expansions.

As the position is self-explanatory, I implemented all the knowledge I gained in the field and
commissioning era of my career to design and provide solutions for Building Automation, as
per the specifications of the project. My responsibilities cover the Design, Budgetary offers,
Finalizing Data Points, Estimation of Price, Estimation of Risks, Flow Schematics, etc. I used
Siemens Building Technologies Portfolio like PX Controllers, Desigo Insight and Desigo CC.
Licensing and other technicalities are also a part of my Job description.

Control and Monitoring of ELV Systems of buildings like HVAC, Security and Access, Fire
Alarm and Suppression and Lighting Controls
Plant Room Automation at Aga Khan University Hospital, including 8 Absorption Chillers,
their Primary and Secondary Pumps, inlet and outlet valves, along with 6 cooling towers.
Monitoring and controlling of 21 parameters per chiller and 7 parameters per cooling tower.
Energy Management Project at Aga Khan University Hospital is one of Pakistan’s Biggest
Energy Management Project, Controlling and Monitoring of Energy Consumption and ways to
reduce losses of Energy in various areas.
HVAC Controls and Plant Automation, Instrumentation, Flow Meters, Temperature, Humidity,
Pressure Sensors and Transmitters, Air Flow Stations, their proper placement, installation,
termination, calibrations and troubleshooting.
Controlling of Air Handling Units, Chilled Water Actuators, Damper Actuators, Fans through
Variable Frequency Drives, etc.
Automation of several Plants using PLC and DDC units.
Worked on Invensys and TAC Controllers, devices, thermostats, etc. (MNL and MNB
Controllers, UNC 400 Series, UNC 500 Series and BTU Meters), PLC like Siemens, Mitsubishi,
GSM Based PLC, etc.
