* Prepare standard terms and conditions for recruitment services to agencies.
* Prepare invoices for recruitment fees to be paid to agencies.

Main contact person for all employee related concerns such as employment queries, company policy, leave procedures, system access, letter request.
Maintaining and handles HRIS system, coordinates with IT Department for updates and necessary integration.
Maintaining current HR files and databases, ensures all data are accurate and up to date.
Arranges air ticket, hotel booking, visa applications and business trips.
Completing end of service/termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews.

Provides and ensure compliance of HR policy and practices.
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick leave are tracked in the system.
Assists the PRO with governmental transactions such as transferring of sponsors, RP processing/renewals, Passport updates, Medical Card applications/renewals.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Handles various types of employee relations matters and develop solutions in collaboration with manager focused on: providing counsel on performance management issues (coaching, counselling, disciplinary actions, updating employees with any changes in company policy, terminations and performance feedback) and career development.
Participates in internal investigations as needed and conduct intake on employee issues and concerns
Prepares all the documents for QID processing for new employees such as medical, fingerprint schedule; monitoring and renewal of QID.
Responds to employee violations of policy and generally helps to resolve conflict in the workplace.
Researches and recommend new training methods, like gamification and Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Manages and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment and order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
Selects appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
Markets available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
