Carrying out project cost estimates, budgeting, preparing payment requests, Carrying out initialization and progress meetings with clients, Defining project requirements and project scope.
Planning project deliverables, schedule and resources, and preparing plan of action.
Coordinating with all sections and departments on tasks and deliveries.
Managing the client throughout the project (coordinating and following up daily with client, receiving extra requirements, clarifying ambiguities, keeping client involved and interested, understanding client concerns and constraints…)
Managing and overseeing official deliveries.
Software Application Design (preparing business level requirements, preparing software application interface design/simulation, preparing functionalities design…)
Testing and Quality Control (preparing test plans, user testing for developed software applications, reporting testing results…)
