Install, upgrade, monitor and maintain software and hardware to keep IT operations running smoothly.
User Management on Microsoft Servers ( Active Directory, File servers etc.)
Install Linux Based Operating System, Configure and Deploy (ftp, file servers, Active Directory, eb Servers etc)
Data backup and recovery.
Maintain include operating systems, business applications, mid-range server hardware, local and wide area network hardware and software, security tools, Web servers, e-mail systems and PCs.
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all Servers, and all existing Information Systems.
Responsible in managing and maintaining user accounts and providing technical support via phone, email or chat to end-users.
Assist all employees with their inquiries, requests and issues, about any of the company's supported software and computing platforms to the best of his ability, in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsible in resolving issues that can be resolved remotely.
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
Manage Microsoft Exchange emails.
User administration.
Installing and configuring new software.
Track requests and keep requesters informed on the status of their requests.
Log all Service Desk interactions.
Stay current on news, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to our end-user.
Handle special tasks or projects as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
Monitor, maintainance on system dialers thru esx servers/vmware.
