• Do store checklist with Store Manager & instore VM twice a month with a given scores and actions points to be follow up
• Discuss to concept manager, SM, VM the upcoming promotional activities/ seasonal events week before implementation
• Communicate any store movements/store layout to concept manager/Concept VM/SM/VM
• Get commercial reports from Inventory controller and analyse before doing some movements (Best seller reports, Departmental FP/MD report, KPI Analysis, Category reports)
• Discuss weekly directives and see if possible to implement if not come up with solution
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Work with Dubai team & Bahrain marketing team to deliver seasonal/promotional activities with the allocated VM Budget
• Launch Seasonal window roll out and Seasonal Campaign images as per given timeline
• Maintain brand standards and Visual merchandising Guidelines of the brand
• Maintain window mapping contribution by 12%
• Monitor trend contribution per department and do action moves as per contribution on what is working and not working
• Join Model store Set up in Dubai (MOE) at least 1 per season for brand updates, Vm standards, styling fashion inspiration and photo standard
• Making 4 week plans in advance and able to change when facing new circumstances.

• Sending feedback about missing garments in order to increase sale
• Changing layout of the store in terms of implementation sale and new color combination
• Giving feedback to visual merchandiser
• Meeting everyday morning regarding what task to be done, how much money we take, what department is not selling and can improve well and asking vms if they have any concern to improve the job.
• Make sure implementation will be done without failing the deadlines.

• Coaching Visual merchandiser to improve more better in what task they are doing
• Giving training for new VM joiner.

• Always make sure that Window’s and departments are implemented and merchandise correctly according to guidelines.
• Ask for feedback in the progress of work and willing to share problem and concerns without blaming others.
• Prepare and execute all promotions, campaigns and other activities on time, without fail and by company standards.
