Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times;
• Maintain optimal stock levels;
• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies;
• Review physical inventories periodically;
• Maintain stock and consumption records;
• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
• Keeps and updates records of good received and issued;
• Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report;
• Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure;
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned;
• Promote inventory related awareness programs.
Functions of Inventory Controller
• To interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient Store operation.
• To plan for effective and efficient Store operation
• To delegate authority to his immediate subordinates to carry out their duties.
• To ensure those suitable personnel are selected, developed and ultimately promoted to maintain an effective store organization.
• To provide effective leadership and guidance at all times.
• To ensure that adequate facilitates exist for consultation with subordinates.
• To ensure that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for efficient store operations.

• Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance

• Review and evaluate the purchasing department on Purchase Request (PR) through online auditing based on the Material Requests of the end user.
• Ensures that all purchasing transaction must undergone proper bidding, accreditation of the vendors, and updated quotation was submitted.
• Ensures that preferred vendors offers quality and in compliance with the company’s requirements and accreditation.
• Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
• Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

• Help and assist students Medical Technologist in preparing the laboratory.
• Assist and entertain clients.
• Discuss collection procedures on urinalysis, fecalysis, seminalysis, sputum and other laboratory check-ups to the patients.
• Record all medical results online and manually.
• Facilitate events and coordinate with faculties, students and office staffs
• Prepare schedules and update daily office activities and accomplishments

I graduated as Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology specializes in Internal Auditing, a more clearer education in Evaluating and providing reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organisation's objectives and goals to be met professionally. This course also help the organization through various reports and recommendations on risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance. I am a University Scholar till i graduated that degree. A working student at the same time to finance my miscellaneous expenses such as board and lodging, meals, school projects and other matters.
I graduated as degree holder on Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education-Major in Mathematics, which specializes on Educating high schoolers in Math subjects. This degree enables me to teach in any schools and universities.
