Responsibilities:
• Gather the necessary information to perform
dimensional and routine the calculation for
drawings and design layout.
• Develop product and design solution to be
considered for approval or improvement.
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate
design options and ideas.
• Gather and collect design requirements for new
construction or alterations.
• Prepare Interior / Architectural Designs based
on design requirements.
• Submit Interior / Architectural design to DM for
review and approval.
• Manage, support and guide designers involved in
preparing drawings.
• Review the design requirements and determine
the best design option for projects.
• Review technical aspects of construction
methodology and details.
• Provide project status updates to DM on a
regular basis.
• Prepare FF&E specifications as per the approved
design package.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to
complete the design process.
• Manage and execute design assignments in a
timely manner.
• Modify and update design based on a review
comments from management.
• Use the AutoCAD tool effectively to draft design
drawings.
• Ensure that all layout meets the required codes
and legal standards.
• Maintain all the documentation related to
Interior / Architectural Design
and Construction conditions.
• Update existing design techniques with respect
to the latest design trends.
• Responsible taking assigned projects from
Design Manager for the initial stage through
concept, space planning, and presentation.
• Arrange Architectural detail drawings as per
Local Municipality/Authority Regulations.
• Coordinate Architectural drawing to Structural
and MEP.
• Prepares Architectural detail drawings for
Authority, Tender, and Construction with the
design team.
• Prepares additional detail drawings for
Architectural Interior.
• Assist Design Manager for material selections for
interior and exterior finishes.
• Capturing project requirements through meetings with client/consultant/sales personnel/etc.
• Reviewing/authority design guidelines before initiating the design.
• Site survey and preparation of site visit report.
• Space planning & rendered 2D drawings-review and revision.
• Effective and creative design presentation based on the scale of proposal with 3D views, Power Point, Photoshop, Mood Board, Perspective & Material Specification.
• Effective and creative value engineering application while designing & as per clients requirements for business closure.
• Being well versed with ARI products to be used in design.
• Daily site supervision on job site including Structural and Architectural of the project.
• To coordinate with the Main Contractor on implementing the Structural and Architectural aspect of the project.
• Quantity measurement and preparation of Sub-Contractor claims.
•To work on design/visuals and to do the Interior Space Planning.
