Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services and persons affected
Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs and services provided

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, invoices, and commercial correspondence.
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Generate the various document control reports as required.
Preparing job orders, correspondences and follow up of all the shop needs.
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and job orders are given to the appropriate staff, and suppliers as applicable.
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly.
Maintaining and updating document runs logs, drawings, job orders and records to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
Maintain the documents and job orders in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
Responsible for incoming calls, screens and directs calls; Takes and transmit messages.
Deals with queries from the customers and providing quality service for clients satisfaction
General administrative and clerical support.
Responsible in receiving, sorting mails and deliveries.
Schedules appointments; maintains appointment diary
