• Preparing Purchase requisition
• Purchase Order
• Services Entry Sheets
• Maintain Vendors Bills
• Manage Vendors payments records
• New Customers Creation
• Maintain Documents record and filling
• Vendor/Customer aging report.

All those days I was working on SAP S4 HANA- Order to Cash (O2C) My roles are:
• Customer Inquiry
• Preparing sales order, Outbound devilry, and sale Invoice.
• Post Goods issue (PGI)
• Delivery
• Billing- Bill sent to the customer
• Ware-house stock management, inward outward MIGO.
• Patty-cash management Etc.
• Receipt of money- Customer Payment.

Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments.
• Handling petty cash, preparing bills, and receipts.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
