supervision of 16 Locally Engaged mechanics,
direct supervision of mechanical inspection , level one and level two repairs and modifications of a variety of CCSFOR Vehicles and equipment, include to all Standard Military and Civilian Pattern Vehicles, portable power generators, heating and lighting systems, and all mannerof veh sub-systems.
provide accurate diagnostic, troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections of vehicules and equipment;
Perform repairs to unserviceable components, vehicles and equipment in accordance with repair manuals provided by DND;
Modify components vehicles and equipment IAW DND modification instructions;
Order replacment parts utilizing procedures set out by CANCAP Maintenance SOPsand DND;
Maintain maintenance task sheets and inform supervisor of any delays;
Complete time reporting /accounting sheets;
Perform periodic operator maintenance on vehicles assigned to the maintenance section;
Work with other trades as required
