As a KHS GmbH Service and Commissioning Manager i am responsible for looking after services activities in Pakistan as we all our new machines commissioning in beverages industry.
Also working as a certified trainer for KHS GmbH for customer training's globally.
Responsible for my team skill evaluation and future trainings.
Responsible for
• Project Acquisition Support: Supporting the Sales team in acquiring projects by carrying out estimation and technical consultation.
• Project Management: Responsible for the complete project management life cycle from project inception and planning to project closure and hand over.
• Maintenance Operations: Management of maintenance activities related to executed projects executed
Main responsibilities are,
1. Trouble shooting of PLC based machines.
2. Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
3. Spare parts arrangement Local/import.
4. Calibration of instruments for ISO documentation.
5. Helping R&D department in new projects.
I worked as an internee engineer in Installation and commissioning Project of UHT plant at Engro Foods Sahiwal on behalf of GEA Pakistan. I had the opportunity to work on control system consisting of flow transmitters, weight transmitters/load cells, temperature transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Conductivity transmitters, level transmitters, variable frequency drive, Pumps, Valves, PLC (Allen Bradley), Wonderware Intouch.
I worked as an internee in the engineering department .As member of inspection team in engineering department assigned with the responsibility of inspection of pumps and motors for finding the causes of mechanical vibration by using instruments.
I got 3.02CGPA out of 4.
