• Familiarized in the use of Quality Management Information system (QMIS) also known as the E-log system, as a procedure in seeking approval for every activity from the client as a requirement.
• Conduct inspection of incoming materials up on arrival at site and prepare the inspection reports.
• Issue of Non-conformity reports against non-complying conditions.
• Conduct inspections as per ITP and will initiate and follow up all required Corrective actions.
• Conduct QMS internal audits and prepare audit reports in timely manner.
• Capable of preparing Quality track sheets, ITPs for all the works from excavation to the interior fit out & finishing works. Can review all the Method Statement & Risk Assessment as well.
• Experienced in all kinds of activities like Excavation, sand bedding, rebar works, concrete works, block works, plastering works, gypsum works, all types of flooring works, timber works, Glass doors, glass partitions, mirrors, sanitary works, ceiling works, external façade works, landscape works, waterproofing works, stone works, handrail works, Skirting works, acoustic works, all types of terminations and so on.
• Prepare project quality records in connection with the inspection performed.
• Checking that executions based on the latest revisions of IFC drawings, being implement and executed.
• Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection), Certifications and Required turnover documents of the project.
• Supervising construction of every works such as earthwork excavation including masonry work of construction, raft foundation works, spread footings, grillage foundation, RCC works etc.
• Monitor & inspections are raised for all the snagging, DE snagging & all the finishing works on site.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in accordance with the plan and specifications.
• Review and approve Shop Drawings of equipment to be installed to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specification (often done with the Project Engineer )
• Meet with the General contractor to keep the project on time and on budget.
• Review and approve ( or reject ) Change Orders (often done with the Project Engineer)
• Conduct inspection of incoming materials up on arrival at site and prepare the inspection reports.
• Issue of Non-conformity reports against non-complying conditions.
• Witnessing of concrete pouring for all kind of structures.
• Inspection of road asphalt works, including filling as per procedure, sub grade preparation.
• Witness of all laboratory tests related to concrete and grouting.
• Familiarized in the use of Quality Management Information system (QMIS) also known as the E-log system, as a procedure in seeking approval for every activity from the client as a requirement.
• To familiarize oneself to all Client Engineering Standards, Client Material System Specifications, the ASTM requirements, ACI, PIPS and all relative standards being used as reference by the client.
• Prepare project quality records in connection with the inspection performed.

• Weekly & monthly QAQC reports can be prepared.
• All types of tests performed by third party can be witnessed & can be approved by seeing the values.
• Maintain good relation with consultant & client to achieve good quality of work on site.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Take serious and enough responsibility to construct the structures with respect to soil conditions.
• Prepare daily site reports sort it and combine as weekly and monthly reports and submit it to Project Engineer.
• Coordinate with the site planner and transfer the ideas.
• Try to make up the work in accordance with the planning and if not inform the corresponding authority.
