• Maintaining and developing financial policies and strategies to support the companys growth objectives and drive revenue
enhancement, while overseeing daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
• Preparing and managing annual budgets and periodic forecasts including OPEX and CAPEX, conducting variance analysis and
presenting weekly to the management to support decision making and cost control
• Preparing & managing accurate cash flow daily to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and short-term debt obligations
• Attending weekly project progress meetings with management, initiated timely invoicing, and collaborated with the Supply Chain
team to manage procurement costs and payment terms.
• Handling end-to-end finance processes across R2R, P2P and O2C cycles, reducing month end closing timelines by 50%, through
process improvements & stronger financial controls
• Managing banking operations including corporate accounts, credit facilities, and trade finance - processing and negotiating letters
of credit (import & export), liaised with banks for new facility arrangements as per project needs
• Preparing and filling Quarterly VAT Returns to FTA and assisting the external Auditors for the Annual Audits & Corporate Tax
• Successfully led the implementation of SAP Business One—from chart of accounts setup to system Go-Live, ensuring seamless
financial operations and reporting.

• Built strong banking partnerships from the ground up, successfully securing credit facilities and negotiating increased vendor
credit limits to support business expansion. Achieved favorable terms, including the lowest interest rates, by leveraging increased
transaction volumes and strong financial performance
• Cleared outstanding Book of Accounts and completed pending financial audits for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.
• Streamlined accounts receivable processes and significantly mitigated payment risks across ongoing projects by improving credit
control and collection efficiency.

• Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling Assets, liabilities, Payables, Receivables, Journals, bank & credit card accounts,
Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Provisions, Prepayments, Payroll etc.
• Monthly closing & preparing accurate financial statements Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow (Actual/Budget) & reporting
to the Managing Partners
• Monitoring company corporate bank account and point of contact with RM for Account Management, Trade Finance, Credit
Facilities & for all bank mandate processes.
• Processing Letter of credits (Export & Import), Negotiation & Bank Guarantees as per the contract agreement, amendments,
timely cancellations & managing all existing contracts.
• Managing Accounts payable & receivable processes, including vendor payments & customer invoicing and resolving any
discrepancies & performing monthly bank reconciliations accurately
• Reviewing procurement cycle(Local & Overseas Purchases) & Overseeing Logistic functions (Export/Import) and responsible
for finalizing Freight, BL & custom declarations.
• Preparing and filling Quarterly VAT Returns to FTA and coordinating with external Auditors for the Annual Audit
• Maintaining Companys ERP system up to date and conducting periodic checks to ensure the ERP database is properly maintained
with backups.

◦ Completed unfinished Audit of 2019 & 2020 continuously with External Auditor in Feb.2020 & 2021 Audit by
Feb.2022

• Managing day to day accounting & financial transactions of the projects ensuring compliance with VAT regulations
• Assisting project managers on monthly billing & liaising with main contractor/client QS for monthly payment certificates and
responsible for issuing tax invoices
• Assisting in month end & year end closing ensuring all costs incurred are recorded properly.
• Monitoring company corporate Accounts (Overdraft & Current) for Account Management (Deposits, with drawls, Discount
cheques, commercial Bills etc..), Trade Finance (LCs, Bonds) etc., reporting to the manager timely of all costs & transactions to
maintain cash margin.
• Preparing & handling day to day cash flow, Subcontractor PCs & performing bank reconciliations accurately
• Processing Letter of Credits (Export & Import) and Bank Guarantees as per the contracts, amendments, timely cancellations &
managing all existing contracts & assisting managers for credit facilities by preparing various reports as required for bank
mandate.
• Assisting Finance & Project Managers on various calculations and analysis in Financial & Commercial matters like: (LOA,
Agreements Payment Terms, Retentions, BOQ, LGs) etc.
• Internal Meetings & assisting auditors for Vat fillings, Annual Audits & Inventory taking.

Accomplishments: -
• Received long overdue amounts (bad debts) of old projects, Customized & simplified financial templates for management
reporting
