Designation: - Plant Maintenance Engineer.
Role: - Electrical Engineer at Bharat Oman Refineries Limited, Bina, M.P. (Current Site)

• Posting at 6 MMTPA Refinery plant at BHARAT OMAN REFINERIES LTD, BINA, Madhya Pradesh.
• Diversified experience in plant modern maintenance practices (Predictive, preventive, Troubleshooting, Breakdown & shut down). Oversee maintenance, reliability and integrity functions to ensure Statutory and normal electrical equipment maintenance is carried out on schedule or not. Planning and scheduling of PM jobs. Attending breakdown.
• Experience of Installation, Commissioning and maintenance of various HT/LT electrical equipment’s like Substation, HT & LT panels, PCC, MCC, Breakers, Transformers, all types of Motors, VFD, UPS, Battery Bank, switchgears, MOV, ELCB testing, Earth pit testing, harmonics analyses of panels, thermograph of panels, Centralized Air conditioning unit, HVAC system, Fire alarm systems & air Curtains.
• Equipment’s performance evaluation, Breakdown attending. Root cause and failure analysis.
• Preparation of SOP, SMP, Risk assessment checklists, HSE and safety practices.
• Knowledge in Electrical control System (ECS).
• Participated in safe observation and other safety initiatives and assist in site investigations. (Safety observation and incident reporting).
• Experience in different types of Audits and MIS reports preparation like IMS, DuPont, Safety audits, Technical audits, etc.
• capacitor banks of all panels to ensure unity power factor and planning for power saving initiatives
• Refineries based equipments like C.P. System, Tankage Earthing maintenance.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Project handling in electrical& electronic installations &maintenance. Working with L.T & H.T motors, D.G sets, H.T & L.T lines(up to 33 KV), L.T & H.T cables (Up to 33 KV), stators, transformers (up to 20000 KVA) etc.
 Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)of various ratings up to 150 KW of different makes.
 Good knowledge of hazardous areas classification, equipment selection and installation and maintenance practices of electrical equipment’s.
 Battery Chargers /UPS/ Battery Banks
 Skilled in Electrical maintenance, maintain requirement with fabrication and availability status.
 Possess strong domain knowledge of Electrical & Electronics, Electric Generation Methodology, Compliance aspects at Refinery plants.
 Knowledge of preparing / drafting technical documents, technical reports and presentation.
 Well versed with Electrical Power System, Power Electronics& electrical machines.
 Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational ability coupled with strong communication and relationship management skills.
 Well familiar with electrical schematic circuit drawing of various make HT (6.6kv&33kv)&LT(433v) panels
 Approx, 05 year experience in domestic wiring & motor winding in own business.
 Hands on experience in:
o Load Divination Factor, planning for Panel Rooms, Energy Conservation, Power Factor & VFD (variable freq. Drive) and Used Power Semi-Conductor Drive.
o Preparing and maintaining Preventive Maintenance Records, Motor Running Record.
