Stores and Assets In charge, Projects Coordinator

Overall margin of profit for SGCC Sharjah Increased by 10 to 15 % due to proper utilization of Equipments Manpower and Materials.
I joined Sharjah General Contracting Co in 1997, at that time the company was in early growing stages and there was no proper Stores procedure
I did the organizational process and computerization of the stores system and lead in the process of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) analyzing the system, SRS(Software Requirement Specification), QA (Quality Assurance), Testing of the system as per the suitability of M/S Sharjah General Contracting work flow on time saving and economical bases. Due to our continuous input and over site in all the phases of development and post development feed backs for the maintenance of the system, Input (Forms) and output (Reports) are very easy to understand and up to the standard and, the System is running very successfully.
Organized grouping and coding of all items, cost centres and developed a manual for stores procedure and computer function of the inventory system as well as I organized control system for proper utilization of the company assets, man power and material.
Being projects coordinator I organized skilled, semiskilled and unskilled manpower of the company and arranged groups of skilled and semiskilled workers for execution of major projects, material and machinery arrangements as and when required, due to good coordination and implementation of procedures, productivity of the company has been increased by many times and most of the expenses has been cut off and margin of profit has been increased 10 to 15 % immediately due to good control and proper utilization of material, equipments as well as manpower.
Since I started organizing and motivating personnel’s of the company most of the professionals grown up with in the company from unskilled and semiskilled class and now company is not hiring many of the professionals from out side on higher rates.
Being Assets In-charge Complete organisation and systemisation of the Company Assets, including grouping & coding, proposals & request for new assets, proceeding receipts note, transfer notes, insurance, warranty obligations, maintenance, relocating and best control, proper record keeping and proper utilisation ie when and where required due to which margin of profit and life of the company continuously improving.
Moreover I am coordinating with accounts department for registration of all assets in proper way, conducting yearly and surprise inspection of the company assets to keep the records up to date and write off the assets which has been declared scrape.
Coordinating with insurance department in listing of assets for insurance cover and claims etc.
I am also coordinating with IT department for systemization and continuous improvement of stores and assets control system.
Being an ISO certified internal auditor conducting periodic internal audits for various departments of the company and submitting my feedback to the management for reviews and improvement.

Saved around 180, 000 Rupees for Samad Rubber Works Lahore because 25 to 30 % dead stock has been made reusable
I completely reorganized the stores of M/S Samad Rubber Works Lahore on both the physical and accounts ends as well as computerization, grouping and coding of almost 9000 items in only three months for which the Managing Director issued a letter of appreciation.
The stores of Samad Rubber Works consisting almost 9000 items and most of those were fast moving items like packing material for branding finished goods and there were many discrepancies at the time I joined the organization, since I implement proper receipt, issue and stacking procedure, all stores were error free by the time I left the company.
I have pointed out About 25 - 30 % dead stock, it was rearranged and innovate for reuse which saved almost 180, 000 Rupees at that time and part of that has been dropped on my recommendation, and I developed procedure which helped to reduce unnecessary stock built up and result in quick inventory turnover.

Saved 100s of thousands Rupees for Farooq Paper industries shekhupura due to best control during errection process.
M/S Farooq Paper & Board Industries Sheikhupura as stores officer (Reporting to the Chairman) during errection supervised all the mechanical, electrical, instruments installation and construction work of the factory and 100s of thousands Rupees by keeping best control during errection of machinery.
I completely organized the stores on procedural, physical and accounts ends from erection stage to production.
I also organized the finished goods stores, dispatch section and quality control department of the factory.
