Driver’s Training & Qualification Department - Licensing Agency
To provide vision, direction and manage the planning and regulation of all training Institutes in the Emirate of Dubai in order that proper training is given learner drivers which will result in safe driving standards leading to safe and smooth transport.
• Lead the development and implementation of all Driver Training Institutes and Drivers Training policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper communication and strong relationships with all driving institutes and other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and smooth introduction of necessary changes.
• Oversee the periodic audit and evaluation programs for all driver-training activities to ensure compliance of the agreed terms, standards, specifications and practices in accordance to the Partner Relationship Management framework (PRM).
• RTA Executive Board & Dubai Executive Council Endorsements: Collaborate with the executive board of RTA and the Executive Council to get approvals and supports on projects and policy and procedure changes related to driver training and licensing.
• Currently implementing the Centralised Training System project to create a platform used by all the stakeholders RTA, the institutes and learner drivers to access information, policies, tracking of training stages, and reporting.

• Implemented and introduced retention and win back strategy to lock or win back hotel customers from the

competition such as IDA special discount and e-hospitality. Hotels targeted include Marriott, Jumeirah,
Hilton, Starwood and Rotana.
• Successful transfer and upgrade of 140 customers from Small & Medium Business unit to the Large Account
Sector.

Prioritizes work in coordination with Corporate Customers and prepares the project plan in conjunction with client, engineering dept. and other stakeholders. Ensures the entire project is completed in time and deliverables are produced to the satisfaction of the client and prepare telecom feasibility reports for the corporate customers.
Key Projects: Dubai Police ATM Project, Zayed University Project - New Campus in Academic City, Standard Chartered Bank - Data Center Migration Project.

Coordinate between different section and other regions to ensure successful implementation of the Quality Management System. Ensure coordination and compatibility of processes with other regions and departments with effective implementation of the International Standardization Organization (ISO) Quality Manual System (QMS) in the Government & Corporate Segment. Conduct audits and verify the effectiveness and compliance of the Quality Manual System, and identify potential opportunities for improvement.

BankNet Project: Part of the Internet banking facility “BankNet” Project Team. Involved in testing and coordination of all issues relating to the delivery, content, usability, quality assurance, and functionality of the BankNet project. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on BankNet front end and back end environments.
Payment Gateway Solutions: Provide electronic banking tailored solutions to government and corporate customers. Solutions include Internet payment gateway, online payment facilities and mobile banking solutions. Projects Include Dubai Municipality parking fines payments, Dubai Police fines payment, Emirates Post and DEWA payment facilities.
