•Planning & preparing strategies to increase ABS (Average Basket Size), Conversion, Customer service etc.
•Managing the entire department & floor process and audit related functions.
•Maintaining and improving the service standards.
•Spearheading the team and ensuring adherence to the company values, policies & protocol.
•Controlling pilferage, Regular or surprise audit of particular dept.
•Weekly & Monthly review with entire team, Cash Officers, unit H.R, Maintenance officer Stock-Receiving Manager.
•Strong follow-up with merchandiser for stock related issue.
•Responsible for IN-STORE, Visual Merchandising, Advertisement, Promotions & schemes etc.
• Highlight Merchandise New Lines in store, etc
