Arranging the required Tools, Equipment & Assets from the Equipment Division as per the requirements and maintaining the unique tag nos.
Refering the packing lists of the materials received at the International level.
Maitaining the enough stock for PPEs & Tools for the site and guiding the team of Storekeepers and warehousemen for the System.
Follow up with the Head office for timely despatch of the correct materials
to the site, ordered through Requisitons and LPOs.
Arranging for material handling equiments depending on the size & weights of the equipments.
Maintaining the records of zero cost materials and arranging the proper flow
between the projects so that expiry and validity of same is considered with
optimum utilization of the resources.
Refering the packing lists of the materials received at the International level.
Maitaining the enough stock for PPEs & Tools for the Drilling Rig Site and
MWD(Measurement While Drilling ).
Follow up with the Head office for timely despatch of the correct materials
to the site, ordered through Requisitons.
Arranging for Cranes & Hydra (Material handling equiments) depending on
the size & weights of the equipments.
Ensure proper Safety Handling systems adopted while loading & unloading
of the materials.
Keeping complete record and ensuring the Payment made by Accounts
timely.
Co-ordinating with the Transport Deptt. for timely receipt of the correct
materials at the site.
• Diploma in Material Management fro1m Welingkar Institute of Management in the year November 2004. Computer Literacy: Well good knowledge and is in use of Computer modules - ERP, SAP, Windows 2007, database, MRP and asset tracking software * Experience with engineering documentation and configuration management * Strong understanding of the relationship between work plan/schedule against material needs ERP, database, MRP and asset tracking software * Experience with engineering documentation and configuration management * Strong understanding of the relationship between work plan/schedule against material needs database, MRP and asset tracking software * Experience with engineering documentation and configuration management * Strong understanding of the relationship between work plan/schedule against material needs * Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet *Wordstar Lotus Notes, Mozilla Thunderbird * Autocad Knowledge of FOXPRO, INTERNET ATS, ERP & SAP (MM)
