Leads Development and HR Reporting team responsible for the designing, optimization and implementation of various reporting and analytics solution within HR system (Workday, HRMS). Oversees development work of developers developing, maintaining and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solution (Tableau, PowerBI and MSTR). Develops simple to complex workday reports and dashboards, including matrix and composite reports and calculated fields, utilizing workday report writer. Leading digitization initiative in team by identifying potential Reports/ BAU works that can be moved to Self Service/Direct Access, RPA, Smart Automation or can be incorporated in BI Tools. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by managing day-to-day delivery of automation, report development and dashboard creation work of individuals on the team, conducting regular project meetings, design reviews. Support the HR Analytics function on key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to enhancing HR scorecards processes and methodologies and supporting HR peers with reporting best practices. Research, troubleshoot and assist with resolving HR data related concerns. Plan, design and execute User Acceptance Testing activities (UAT). Develops, schedules, and facilitates training of HR technology applications and Big Data Management Tool (Solix) to end users. SPOC for all the Archived application and help analyst on working on adhoc request whenever required
Performing data investigations, application monitoring to assure system availability and also troubleshooting application performance issues.
Responsible for preliminary check of code and coordination during release to ensure comprehensive
testing and signoff is provided for testing of upgrades.
Doing initial troubleshooting and triage of production incidents (MLQC).
Participating in high priority incident triage calls which may include but not limited to DB server
issues, application server issues and network issues.
Monitoring jobs, checking for feeds & any background failures through AutoSys monitoring and
performing required action. Also, in case of delay setting up a proper communication channel either through
call/ mails with the Upstream/Downstream or the user community as applicable.
Actively involved in Process improvements and automations of day to day task.
Delivering weekly and adhoc reports to Business using BI Tools
Developed applications by creating Forms, Macros and Queries in MS Access 2010/ MS Excel using VBA
and providing the Level 3 supports for the same.
Responsible to communicate with Client from offshore and get their requirement.
Liaise with the client on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems, further
fulfill user requirements or automate processes.
Creating reports using the Microstrategy 9BI Tool and providing Level 2 Support for the same.
Receive and log requests for support from Service Now and TSRM (Ecaps) tools, other service delivery
staff and/or helpdesk; investigate problems and other requests for support and determine appropriate actions
to
take and prioritizing them.
Submitting a SLA report of the entire team to the Engagement Manager for all the tickets that have come in
the current week on a weekly basis.
Prepared Project Management Plan and Application Study reports.
Prepared SOPs and technical documents.
Responsible for doing reporting for the entire IDC (India Delivery Centre) on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Worked on BO (Business Object) tool for performing reporting and also involved in report changes
whenever required.
