Leads Development and HR Reporting team responsible for the designing, optimization and implementation of various reporting and analytics solution within HR system (Workday, HRMS). Oversees development work of developers developing, maintaining and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solution (Tableau, PowerBI and MSTR). Develops simple to complex workday reports and dashboards, including matrix and composite reports and calculated fields, utilizing workday report writer.
