• Preparation of proforma invoice and sales order in the system for both export and local customers.
• Making Quotations, Invoice entry, checking stock, taking SOA, following up all the mails
• Communicating with regional sales team regarding order status and coordinate with the supply point to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining Department database records
• Taking initiative in manager’s absence, handling all inquiries within my capacity
• Routing calls elsewhere as needed, Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed
• Communicating and coordinating with logistics department for smooth business
