Gather and analyze requirements and business processes
- Prepare fit gap analysis between the business needs and the ERP features
- Prepare blueprints and solution design on top of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting, Payroll etc...)
- Review client’s existing business operations and recommending improvements
- Act as the main contact with the client during project implementation, providing technical and business advice in project meetings
- Conduct meetings with the stakeholders of client's departments to identify the current processes and business needs
- Handle documentation for project charter, project plan, business requirements (BRD), system requirements specifications (SRS), weekly and monthly project status reports, change request forms (CR), user acceptance plan and use cases (UAT), end-user and training materials etc...
- Lead a team of junior implementors and assign tasks to the implementation team according to the project needs, and manage tasks progress according to the project's time plan and ensure that ERP best practices are applied in implementing the business processes
- Prepare dev tasks and propose high level technical solution for Odoo customizations handled by dev team and communicate with junior and senior Odoo developers
