Prioritize and distribute tasks for the team to have the most efficient productivity and report to presales manager.
Find the best practices for technical solutions to meet the customer and the company requirements.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, and market areas.
Respond to RFP’s by doing initial assessment to select products and solutions against competition then prepare technical and financial offers.
Support system engineering by assessing and revising offers.
Validate technical solutions and products ordering process of won projects and help project management in solution implementation.
Coordinate meeting and workshops with other teams to assign resources to align solution design with the customers’ business requirements.
Designing the customer’s network solution using designing tools to simulate the data process to be able to find gaps and troubleshoot them.
Request and setup new user accounts and email accounts.
Work with vendors to track service requests through to completion.
Work with suppliers to purchase the needed equipment.
Working with logistics in procurement, stock management, warehousing, transport, facilities and communication.
Assure that all software on equipment is licensed and keep record of licenses.
Managing the company’s pipeline and keeping it updated to follow back on the potential buyers.
Creating maintenance contracts for the customers to keep them satisfied throughout the year.
Working on self-development and attending Cisco’s trainings to help benefit the company in all possible ways.
Ensure all PO, agreement are awarded as per procedure.
Track and expedite deliveries.
Participate in supplier meetings to ensure expected standards are being adhered with respect to price and performance.
o Perform analysis utilizing plans and material specifications
o Manage resources by following up with the suppliers to have materials as needed in the site
o Organizing Bill of Materials to know the quantity and specifications of each item.
Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive prices.
Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Organizing Bill of Materials to know the quantity and specifications of each item.
Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
• Preparing various stages of design from concept through to detailed submissions, making technical reports and calculations for HV, MV & LV networks.
• Assisting in the preparation of Contract Documents including Specifications and Bills of Quantities for Tender purposes.
• Helping with the preparation of drawings of high quality in Microstation for the infrastructure disciplines.
• Lead in the implementation of innovative design solutions using the latest industry standards considering quality, safety and sustainability as a minimum
