Key Deliverables:
•Collection, collation and recording of loss & near miss events of the bank in EGRC SAS.
•Sharing of loss data analysis to the Risk committee, highlighting major reasons for booking of Operational losses.
•Branch visits/Remote monitoring in the region to assess health index of the branches.
•Performing root cause analysis of major deviations and providing recommendation to ORMD
•Monitoring and reviewing Operational Loss GLs and FCU negative cases.
•Implementing and conducting testing/drills for BCP as a part of crisis management guidelines to ensure compliance as per RBI guidelines.
•Facilitate trainings to ensure process level compliance & highlighting importance of incident reporting.
•Assessment of Operational risk management through preparation of RCM, conducting IFC testing & discuss on the results (Failed controls) with stake holders
Branch Operations (
Key Deliverables:
•Driving new business and making new Relationship.
•Responsible for authorizations of all the financial transactions.
•Monitoring of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, Branch Operations and Audit Compliance.
•Responsible for reverts to various KYC/AML and legal/IT queries from the governing bodies
Key Deliverables:
•Handling Various Products like Clearing, CMS etc
•Disbursing of Personal/Vehicle Loans.
•Verification of Account Opening forms across East region
