Was involved in setting up the data quality and management system within the bank from scratch resulting in a strong foundation for financial data.
•Built in-house efficient and reliable tools and solutions capable of delivering data quality and management techniques using the power of SQL, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure (GCP) and deploying them on-prem and on the cloud.
•Was a key member to participate in high-level meetings with major stakeholders and senior management to assist with ideas and methods to improve processes for better data management framework from defining data quality process (how to collect data, how to gather rules, what dimensions to set, data quality pass and failure threshold and more), data definition framework, data catalog process as well as data lineage.
•As a result of the above I was able to lead major data-driven technical projects to create innovative tools (DQ tool, Profiling tool) using the power of python and SQL and proper use of project management tools JIRA as well. I have been involved both as a

Profiled and analyzed the movement of securities position from Investment portfolio (Hedge Funds).
•Position reconciliation of the securities between registrars: Prime Broker Statements for hedge funds and GENEVA (HSBC Fund accounting platform) through a reconciliation platform called TLM and investigates the reasons.
•Report all reconciliation breaks to the business area along with the statistics analyzing the risk and exposure involved.
•Responsible for preparing the Monthly KRS (Key Risk Statistics)
•Instrumental in implementing proper review and control measures in order to avoid errors and misses in daily deliverables
