Business Analyst - Electronic Payment Solution
Responsibilities:
Setting up and managing Payment Channels like RTGS & NEFT, IMPS and newer channels like Aadhaar Based Payment.
Managing ECS / ACH transaction and Mandate Management and coordinating with NPCI in getting certification and implementing the same over client.
Development of new solution related to Bulk Internal Fund Transfer and TTUM flat file for Branch Banking in Teller Module.
Handling all Change Request related to Banking Payment, including customization and regulatory changes as per RBI.
Interaction with various stake holders for requirement gathering including Bank, Regulatory Body, End Users and Development team.
Configuration and enabling of the solutions offered by FIS.
Functional Specification generation for the change requests raised by bank.
Test Case generation and Sanity testing of the development for the change requests raised by bank.
Conducting UAT testing and final submission to Bank for sign off.
Resolution of Service requests and bug request and closing the same.
Interacting with client personnel in understanding business and IT requirements.
Project Planning and Resource estimation and Milestones creation.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity, publishing progress reports and process recommendations.
Requirement gathering and documenting. Experience with BRD, FRD.
Working with Analytic applications based on Statistical Model, and recommendation on Application process and functionality.
Application Quality Testing and preliminary testing of Apps prior to delivery.
Working with various stages of Software Development Life Cycle.
Database Model, Uploading raw sales data into database, cleaning, data extraction.

RADAR: This Application was built under Apple Macintosh operating system for managerial support in Time Management, and Project status. The main functionality of this application was to provide tickets to the bugs raised, and for tracking the status of the bug.
* Roles performed: * Worked extensively on configuration of Crystal Reports for generating crystal reports.
* XML Database configuration.
* Application development on Objective C platform in XCode under Apple Macintosh.
UXD Portal Development: Portal was built on Microsoft SharePoint Server (MOSS), to cater to the need of offshore units for best practices while developing Application Frontend.
