Dennison, was created to deliver high quality graphics media to our customers enabling them to provide
solutions for critical branding and signage requirements of end-users.
Responsible for Avery Graphics operations in Pakistan
• have delivered consistent sales in this period, with a 2011 FOB sales of US$ 486k, representing an 18% sales growth over 2010.
• in 2009 appointed a new distributor and realigned the entire distribution network in Pakistan. The
changes resulted in improvements in all key performance indicators - inventory stock levels,
market penetration, secondary sales, and product range stocked.
• established a specialized converters network in 2010 to serve the end-users
• in 2006, Avery was primarily specified with a few oil marketing companies in the petroleum
sector. Now, Avery specifications are present in all important segments like banking, telecomm,
FMCG in addition to increased penetration in the petroleum sector resulting in consistent repeat
sales
• acted as key account managers for various clients like Faysal Bank, PSO, BYCO

solutions for all the customers branding and signage needs.
Responsible for the P&L of the Commercial Graphics division in Pakistan
• realigned the distribution network, moving from a multiple distributor system to a single
nationwide distributor. The new system helped improve all key indicators - sales, inventory turns,
stock levels, product range carried, account receivables, increased secondary sales
• developed business and marketing plans for achieving not only the top line sales target of
US$3.5million in 2005 but also achieve other financial targets like Net Income, Contribution
Gross Margin, Account Receivable Turns, Inventory Turns, Price Plans, 6 Sigma Growth etc.
• finalized the country business plan for the division which was submitted to the EBU (European
Business Unit) . The plan included market analysis, market segmentation, SWOT analysis, goal
setting, product mapping by segments, gap analysis, growth program hopper & RWW, strategic
planning, tactical / marketing planning, operations planning, execution & monitoring
• finalized the succession plan for the division and submitted to HR division for formal
incorporation in organizations HR plans
• launched three new products in the digital printing range contributing approx. US$ 100k in year
one
• as part of the 6 Sigma project envisioned and implemented a collaboration for Ink and Printer
Supply with regional distributor of Vutek for Middle East (indirect competition) . The
collaboration lead to an approx. 80% volume share increase in the ink supply category

Responsible for the marketing and product management of "fungicide" range of products
• developed the marketing plan of complete range of fungicide products
• introduced new sizes of Dithane, the corner stone of fungicide product range. The new sizes were
targeted at small farm holdings and first time users
• rebranded the existing packaging of Dithane standard packs
• envisioned and established the first ever demo plots at farmer level to show efficacy of a
complete protective fungicide spray regime on potato yield. On an average, the potato yield at demo plots increased by 10%
• as project leader, drove the Dealer Shop Renovation project to successful implementation at
AgrEvo's semi exclusive dealers across Pakistan
• participated in various seminars and farmer meetings across Pakistan
