• Responsible for the overall store operation.
• Monitor sales of the store, analyze sales trends in the market and discuss it with the sales director.
• Motivates store personnel to work as a team and achieve sales target.
• Has been entrusted by the company to start new branches in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Responsible for the whole operation of all Bose stores in the Phillipines and all Bose dealers of Eleksis Marketing Corporation.
• Monitor sales of the stores and submit a report directly to the company’s President on the sales trend and all corrective actions that needs to be done to increase sales.
• Handles all events, marketing, advertising and press releases to promote Bose products in the Philippines and increase sales in the market.
• Handles all major customer complaint in the stores.
• Train the new sales staff on how to do proper product demonstration in the store.
• Acts as Project Manager during store construction.
• Evaluates store personnel and maintains high standard of customer service in all stores.
• Monitors sales performance of the branch as well as the individual sales contribution of each Customer Service Personnel.
• Motivates store personnel to achieve individual sales targets and to work as a team to achieve monthly sales target of the store.
• Responsible for the merchandising of products in the store.
• Updates the General Manager on the overall performance of the store and discuss corrective actions to improve the sales.
• Creates monthly sales report to be reviewed and discussed with the General Manager.
• Responsible for the daily work schedule of the store personnel.
• Entertains customer inquiries and provides high quality customer service.
• Acts as a consultant by asking questions to qualify and recommend the right product suited for the needs of the customers.
• Provides product demonstrations to show the features and benefits of Bose products.
• Helps the customers in setting up the Bose Home Theater Systems they purchased in their homes, if required.
