Reporting to the CFO, leading a team of 15 people (2 direct reports). Providing costing services to 3 Nestle markets comprising 20 Operating companies, 21 factories with a total revenue of USD 2.8 billion.

Costing lines involved are COGS, MOGE and Distribution. We use ABC costing and Nestle costing guidelines to execute, analyze, troubleshoot and provide guidance on Transfer price, Manufacturing costing, white-collar costing and distribution costing.

Establishment of Internal Control Subject Matter Experts Group across centers, reduction of monthly closing execution from 3rd working day to first working day of the month. Reduction of the center's expenses and improvement of efficiencies.

Costing Manager - Finance Shared Service Center at Nestlé - Other Locations
