Duties and Responsibilities:
•Checking Contractors Contracts terms and condition, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per items of works in accordance with the method of measurement and specifications.
•Prepare Subcontractors claimed and verify quantities from submitted CSS- Cost Summary Sheet submitted by Contractors base on IFC (Issued For Construction) drawings and compare bill of quantities (BOQ) specified on the contract. Issue and prepare progress billing of work done and issue Payment certificate in accordance with the contracts agreement specified in the terms and condition of subcontracts.
•Coordinate with the construction team regarding the work done weather it is comply with the specification and approved drawings.
•Conduct site visit to assist, verify and reconcile quantity surveying work done by Subcontractors.
•Conducting weekly visits to site for progress reporting to be loaded in Mile Marker Data base as the basis of Contractors claim and FDH (Fluor Daewoo Hyundai) claim to the client KNPC/KIPIC.
•Coordinate with the site management to resolve any contractual dispute between Subcontractors.
•Coordinate with Contracts administrator / Site Engineers for assessment and Preparing Site Work Orders for extra works done. Pricing and additional scope of work done actual on site.
•Attend Coordination meetings and deal with project correspondences, Claims settlements.
•Checking Subcontractors Work Order BOQ. As per items of works in accordance with the method of measurement and specifications.
•Prepare progress report based on actual site condition of the project, and loaded to the Mile Marker Data base for progressing.
•Take off quantities base on IFC drawing (Issued for Construction).

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prepares a one- week long ahead concreting schedule.
•Initiates preparation of pouring request and other documentations such as FI, S.I. Submittals, relative to structural works.
•Conducts inspection of installed Formworks system. Such as shoring scaffoldings supports, beams bottom/siding, etc. prior to concrete pouring.
•Handles monitoring of resources (MDC and Subcon) Such as manpower, material and equipment required to meet the agreed schedule.
•Ensures daily site inspection to insure that on- going activities conforms with the agreed schedule.
•Coordinates with the structural and MEPS Subcon to ensure proper works interfacing.
•Coordinate with MDC- A&E and Design group to settle design concerns.
•Ensure the implementation of quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment.
•Perform task in accordance with the process defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
