• Developing and implementing project commissioning strategies and plans.
• Manage and review testing and commissioning method statement and procedures.
• Review design documents and drawings to identify commissioning requirements and ensure compliance with project goals.
• Overseeing the commissioning process to ensure that systems and components are installed, tested and operated according to project requirements and specifications.
• Managing the commissioning team involved in the commissioning process.
• Conduct inspections and performance tests to confirm that systems meet performance standards.
• Review commissioning data, test results, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specification and requirements.
• Resolving technical issues and coordinating corrective actions to address deficiencies identified during the commissioning process.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the commissioning process.
• Collaborating with client and stakeholders for the requirements for the commissioning process.
• Attends the weekly commissioning meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems, including but not limited to LV panels (power & lighting), lighting control, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, PA, data networks, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Develop, implement, and review commissioning method statements and testing procedures for Electrical and ELV systems.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure proper installation and integration of electrical, ELV and mechanical systems according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the Data Centre and ICT/DNS Systems.
• Perform functional testing and verification of electrical and ELV systems to ensure they meet performance requirements and comply with design intent.
• Manage and coordinate the commissioning process for electrical and ELV systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications, relevant codes, and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and ELV systems during the commissioning process, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Generate detailed commissioning reports documenting test results, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams and end-users on the operation and maintenance of electrical and ELV systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, and facility managers, to address concerns and ensure satisfactory performance of electrical and ELV systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to electrical and ELV systems commissioning.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates on commissioning progress and address any issues or questions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment during commissioning activities

• Assist QA/QC Manager for developing Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Method of Statements, QA/QC Procedures
• To manage / coordinate inspection, arrange sampling; monitor the required test and record inspections and tests as per the requirements.
• Establishes System for inspection and testing of all incoming materials to ensure material conformity and also to store and control material as per the Quality requirements.
• Ensure that Engineer’s approval and/or the required factory or supplier compliance certificates have been obtained upon delivery of available material at the project site.
• Establishes and controls the document and data control system.
• Identifies all good and Non-conforming materials by proper tagging/labeling.
• Raise Non-conformance Report (NCR) and Field Observation Notice (FON), once the activities are deviated from the contract specifications or normal practice and the follow up of the same.
• Administration and close out of corrective action requests.
• To assist the plant authorized personnel, ensuring that equipments are calibrated and are checked for accuracy as per the calibration schedule.
• Ensure that the issue, amendment and recall of controlled documents and other essential records are done in conformance with the Quality System, the current ISO 9000 standard and the Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinate with site management to see that the QA/QC programme is implemented as per the project specifications and in-house management system.
• Strict implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard and all other applicable standards/related procedures.
• Liaison with the consultant and proposing improvement measures

• Check & inspect installation of Power Distribution (Medium & Low Voltage)
• Check & inspect installation of Electrical Power System from 1st fix to Test & Commissioning until final hand over to client (LV Panels, Distribution Boards, Transformers, Generators, ATS, Frequency converters, Grounding & Lightning Protection)
• Check & inspect sockets & lighting fixtures from 1st fix to test & commissioning.
• Check & inspect installation of Low Current Systems from 1st fix to Test & Commissioning (Public Address, Card access, CCTV, Data/Telephone and Fire Alarm System)
• Check & inspect cables, cable trunking, cable trays & supports (cable glands & cable lugs)
• Attends coordination meetings with sub-contractors and different trades of work.
• Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient onsite construction work.
• Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation.
• Reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from contractors.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for onshore site construction.
• Plans and coordinates QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements.
• Supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors to ensure diligent performance.
• Reviews and approves the contractors quality documentation, and implements contractor audits as well.
• Prepares & submit RFI’s, make material estimates & material take-offs.

Coordinate with different subcontractor
companies in planning and construction of the project to meet scheduled accomplishments including manpower management and material estimates.

to improve test coverage
• Research new tools and technologies and recommend ways to implement them into new test
strategies
• Participate in code reviews and bug fixes

Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students and assist students with the learning process and applying the knowledge. Teach basic mathematics, computer fundamentals with Microsoft office applications and basic network infrastructure.
