Manage and take care of everything related to BIM for the corporate office and projects offices.
• Lead the landscape design team in preparation of conceptual to detailed landscape design of major transportation landscape and town beautification projects.
• Preparation of Design Sketches and Landscape Presentation.
• Preparation of Landscape & Irrigation Specs and BOQ.
• Coordinate with the relevant disciplines during the design process.
• Attend Client-Consultant Design Progress Meetings.
• Represent company in seeking Municipality approvals of landscape design.
• Liaise with Landscape product suppliers and manufacturers.
• Review and recommend material submittals prior to construction stage.
• Communicate with Site Office during the landscape execution stage.
• Conduct Site inspection for approval of Landscape Installation.
