• Evaluate and conduct maintenance on LWD drilling probe tools.
• Responsible for updating the system, identifying and classifying level of maintenance to perform on the tool.
• Responsible for re-works, maintenance, assembly and repairs, and quality control of tools prior for dispatch.
• Perform several reliability test and recalibration on instruments such as temp, directional, azimuth, depth and gamma among others.

• Updates MAPS tracking systems for tools status, running hours and location.
• Assembles Maintain and overhaul AMO tools as specified in Engr’n drawing or tech unit.
• Prepare EBOM parts list needed during assembly
• Maintain and secure all tools and equipment are in good condition, work area are keep clean and safe from all hazards.
• Operate testing equipment in compliance with engineering specification and HS&E safety standards
• Test tools as per Customers and/or tech Unit specifications and limits
• Prepare documentation, test charts checklist and liaise with TPI’s/clients on other documents they need deem valid or classified.
• Conduct final checking and quality assurance of all tools prior for dispatch.
• Prepare preventive maintenance scheduling
• Responsible for Daily machine status update and reports
• Monitor and provide daily activities to subordinates
• Supervise and Support machine installation and set up
• Monitoring of production yield and provide prompt action on critical areas as needed
• Training new technician how to approach machine trouble shooting using EFMEA.
• Responsible for process monitoring, abnormality of flow conduct root cause analysis
• Mentor and train newly hired technician and operator on safety and Quality.
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of machines on the assigned area
• Documentation of machine repairs, parts replacement and corrective action
• Performs line set ups, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance of production machines
• Practice EFMEA on any non-conformance observed on production line
Investigate and analyze before action
• Using 5why analysis in finding ROOT CAUSE to machine related problem.
• Practice DMEA in parts modification for improvements by following root cause solutions.
• Responsible for installation and evaluation of newly acquired machines
• Purpose possible machine improvement for efficiency, safety, quality or cost reduction
• Design and localized fabrication of defective parts if applicable
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the production line.
