Key Responsibilities:
• Working with consultants for designing Generator
Room, boiler & Calorifiers Room GA and
schematic Drawing.
• Selection & sizing of Boiler capacities and
designing Hot water systems.
• Preparing CAD GA drawing for Calorifiers,
Pressure vessels, Storage tanks to manufacture
and client preview.
• Preparing necessary shop drawings that are
required for the Installation.
• preparing 3D & 2D model drawing for
manufacturing using CATIA, Solid Works and
AutoCAD.
• Attending meetings with site Engineers,
Contractors & Consultants.
• Check the site condition before and after
installation.
• Making Pre Q, submittals and getting approvals
from consultants.
• preparing reply sheet to consultant and contractor
comments. preparing quotation for tender and job
in hand projects.
• Communicate with the engineering and research team to understand technical specifications of the product
• Design 2D and 3D illustrations and ensure that they are identical to sketches provided by the engineering team
• Ensure that final designs are in compliance with design standards
• Perform the designing process for renovations and modifications in the existing products of several clients
• Test sample products to ensure that designs are convenient and easy to use by the end user
• Document installation guide and project reports
• Complete all projects within schedule
