▪ Provide beverages to staff, visitors and VIP guests at Qatar Foundation Centers and Departments.
▪ Responsible to ensure that there is sufficient stocks of beverages and other supplies.
▪ Should be able to order the commissary items during the specified schedule.
▪ Responsible for keeping the kitchen or the pantry in a good working, safe and sanitary condition.
▪ Ensures the water boiler, electric kettle, microwave and the electric cooker
/oven are switched off before leaving the kitchen / pantry at the end of the day.
▪ Ensures that the kitchen / pantry is well organized, cleaned and tidy all the time during the working day.
▪ Ensures all the kitchen equipment is always washed, cleaned and well organized.
▪ Responsible for self-safety and that of others at all times ensuring the correct safety equipment /clothing used. Reports the electrical defects to the QF Representative.
▪ Maintains / monitors the water bottle on the water cooler and replace when it becomes empty and cleaning and maintaining all water dispensers and coolers based on fixed approved schedule and based on manufacturer’s instructions.
▪ Ensures that copying machines are always filled with copying papers with all the sizes. Moreover, the machine area and the dustbins are well cleaned, tidy and organized.
▪ Performs minor/junior office administrative tasks including filling, copying and document chasing as and when requested.
