Job description:
• Responsible in processing work share engineering and contractor drawings and supplier technical documents, and implementing procedures to achieve document management project requirements.
• Responsible in the control and maintenance of the projects document system using from varied tools, i.e., Coreworx, ProArc, Sharepoint, Aconex, Maximo, Microsoft Office.
• Collaborated on shared services projects with clients, engineers, vendors, and other parties.
• Engineering Document Management: o Issue engineering drawings, documents and isometrics document for internal review and or for client approval o Return client reviewed and commented on documents.
• Vendor Document Management:
• PO set up and Initiate squad check review of vendor documents.
• Return reviewed and commented documents to the supplier.
• Responsible for receiving, logging, issuing, tracking and maintenance of documents and Issuing of sub-contractor documents for squad check and return documents.
• Collect and prepare all documents for handover processing using the projects system database.
