• Responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of all Ahli Bank buildings,
branches, ATMs and Stores for MEP, Civil and Soft services.
• Responsible for budgeting, man management, asset management, monthly invoicing etc. as
per contractual terms.
• Manages a total of 550 assets per month, a team of 75 members and subcontractors.
• Systems maintained includes MV panel, SMDB/DB, Diesel Generators, UPS, Fire Alarm
and Fire Fighting system, HVAC, Landscape, Elevators etc.
• Coordinates with Fire systems contractor to assist client in uploading documents/reports for
QCDD inspection and attends inspection.
• Direct coordination with Client Facility Head and Team.
• Prepares and submit monthly maintenance report to client in hard and soft copies including
specialist maintenance reports.
• Ensure the PPM/Call outs are attended as per SLA and contractual KPIs are achieved.
• Prepares site condition reports, defect reports and technical reports.
• Follow up with client for the payments, completion reports, variation approvals, purchase
orders etc.

• Responsible for the execution of electrical activities of the project, reporting to Senior Engineer.
• Prepare manpower list and tools/other resources required for the job.
• Study drawings, instruct supervisors the plan and procedure of job execution.
• Coordinate with Purchase department to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering team in the preparation of drawings.
• Scope of work includes cabling and installation of light fittings and wiring accessories, Diesel
Generator, Fire Alarm, Electrical Panel boards, CCTV and Automation system.
• Coordinate with workshop for the fabrication of cable trays and other support structures.
• Monitor the site progress, prepare progress reports for management review.
• Liaison with Class surveyor and Owner surveyor.
• Conduct inspections including final testing commissioning.

• MEP incharge for the operation and maintenance activities of 15nos of MOEHE schools.
• Focal point for client and consultant in all kind of coordination related to the responsible
schools.
• Ensures PPM tasks and CM tasks are completed prior to the due date.
• Regular visits to site and ensures the assets are maintained as per SOP and OM manuals.
• Systems maintained includes LV panels, SMDB, DB, MCC, UPS, BMS/DDC, Fire alarm
and firefighting system, Air cooled chillers, Public address, Domestic water and Irrigation
system, Elevators, LPG, Wired and wireless network system etc.
• Coordinates with consultant engineers for site inspections and closes out snags on time.
• Manages CAFM and acts promptly on all tickets or job cards raised by client.
• Plan, schedule and prepare materials for jobs raised.
• Prepare site condition reports, method statements and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinates with specialist/subcontractors and ensures their timely services on all PPM/CM
activities.
• Ensure third party inspections on systems like Elevators, domestic and chilled water testing
etc.
• Reports to the Operations Manager.

• Managed all MEP assets of Al Bayt stadium constructed for FIFA WC2022.
• Lead the team of Junior Engineers, Supervisors and reports directly to the Project Manager.
• Ensures monthly job cards, PPM tasks and CM tasks are completed prior to the due date.
• Responsible as Quality Engineer. Conducted quality tool box talks, maintained MME log,
coordinated for third party inspections.
• Responsible for inspecting completed tasks and submission of completion reports to client.
• Attends weekly/monthly progress meeting internally as well as with the client.
• Handles CAFM system, prepares method statement and requirements for work permits.
• Assets managed includes RVSS panels for chiller system, 11KV/415vTransformers,
Generators, LV panels, SMDB, panels, Feeder Pillers, RO plant, Water features and
artificial lake, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting, Access control system, CCTV, PAVA system

• Responsible for the execution of MEP activities of the awarded project. Multiple projects
are handled simultaneously. Reports to the Project Manager.
• Study and understand the project specifications and IFC drawings in order to define the
track of line system of the project.
• Quantity take off, preparation and ordering of materials required for the project execution.
• Leads a team of supervisors, foreman and technicians at sites. Allocate and monitor their
jobs for productive output.
• Preparation, submission and follow ups for approval of Material submittals, Method
statements, Request for Inspections, training manuals, O&M manuals and Project test
packs.
• Well aware of the awarded scope of the project and understands the scopes for variation
works.
• MEP scope of works includes installation control panels, filtration/booster pumps,
chemical/acidic dosing pumps, sand/cartridge filters, UV disinfection system, Air blowers,
Floating fountains, Under water lighting systems including converters and LED drivers etc.
up to testing commissioning, trainings and handing over to the end user.
• Undertakes the maintenance and troubleshooting service of entire system during the project
maintenance/defect liability period.
• Focal point for coordination with main contractor, subcontractors/suppliers and with
consultant engineers for material/work inspections.
• Provides assistance to engineering and design team for the technical compliances/drawing
preparations. Prepares redline markups as per site execution to capture in As-built drawings.
• Preparation and submission of payment application on monthly basis based on the approved
work inspections and attends payment verification site walk with clients Commercial
Engineer.

• Project Coordinator handling all scope related to MEP right from the stage of awarding till
the handing of project, reporting to Project Manager and MEP Manager
• Responsible for reconfirming the scope and quantification of materials as per the approved
shop drawings and prepares of revised BOQ as per the actual site requirement.
• Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for the submission of prequalification
documents, material submittals, sample boards for the consultant review and approval.
• Provides technical inputs to Engineering team for the preparation of Shop/As built drawings
and Site Engineers throughout the execution of project.
• Place Material requisition of the approved materials in ERP software as per the request from
Site Engineers and follow up till delivery.
• Monitor site work progress, prepare of weekly/monthly reports and organizes project review
meeting as per the planned frequency.
• Ensures the work at site is progressed as per the planned schedule and notify Project
Manager, if not complied.
• Handles all kind of communication (official letters/email) with suppliers, subcontractors
and consultant throughout the project
• Preparation of Project dossier documents, O&M manuals, submission of warranty/guarantee
letters as per the contract.
