➢ Ensuring that all FM technology is being fully utilized and that it is fit for purpose throughout contracts as per
the agreed to scope.
➢ Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance system and processes.
➢ Coordinate with Client and Tenant subcontractors for specialized works
