Identify and develop new account / expand existing accounts within the defined territory.
Generate business from major verticals such as Critical Infrastructure, Ministries, Corporates, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, and Healthcare & Hospitality Organizations.
Preparing and submitting proposals
Act as a Sales consultant to Company and Customer by educating oneself on the technologies, solutions and products that fall within your remit/portfolio primarily or secondarily and based on customer needs and criteria.
Responsible for presenting and advocating Technology driven, efficient solutions and products to Customers based on requirements.
Profit consciousness and company profitability on sales
Reporting, Analysis and other documented requirements as and when warranted by Company and management to be within company SOP's and SLA's
Adding new clients to the existing database
Create, design and implement e-marketing campaigns
Creating brand awareness
Corporate Identity Audit
Create reports that reflect on Pipeline/Forecast/Order book/Invoicing/Financial Summary and update them dynamically
Customer Care Calls post completion of new projects /fault calls
Handling Customer complaints, grievances and coordinating support and managing solutions, to benefit both company and satisfy customer.
Handling the Annual Maintained Contracts and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
Coordinate communications such as: proposals, purchase orders, SOAs (Sales Order Acknowledgments, receipts, invoices, deliveries of goods and sales between internal departments, customers, logistic companies and vendors/distributors
Implementing communication and response SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Telesales calls, cold calls, suspect calls, prospect calls and Result oriented calls to customers to facilitate growth of customers for the company, qualifying prospects and converting them into potential customer meetings for sales
Handling applications and approvals from the Directorate of Wireless Licensing and Frequency Monitoring for Wireless and Bluetooth products. The Telecom Regulatory Authority Bahrain for Telecom related products (GSM/LTE).
Ensure company participates in all tenders that are relevant to the company profile
Receiving orders, acknowledging them, raising orders with Vendors
Coordinating a project right from order placement to delivery/deployment and sign-off
Handling Shipping & Logistics

Vendor Management: liaise with all Channel and Regional management of vendors and reap beneficial resources in terms of Training, guidance, sales leads, knowledge and technical awareness including assist in periodic Mailer and email campaigns.

Self-education by attending webinars and completing product certifications.

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (2009-2013) from Vellore Institute ofTechnology (VIT), India with a CGPA of6.71.
• Completed CBSE AISSCE (12th) from Indian School Bahrain (ISB) on 2009 with 71%.
• Completed CBSE AISSE (10th) from Indian School Bahrain (ISB) on 2007 with 86.4%. FINAL YEAR PROJECT: The project was done in the area of Image processing. The topic was "Comparative Analysis of Illumination Compensation Techniques in face Recognition".
