Current Project: Currently assigned to Reliance Industries at their Polyester spinning plant, at Silvasa, Maharashtra. This division enjoys various international certifications and accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Oekotex certificate for exports. The Division has also deployed Six Sigma & Quality Circle activities in various functional areas.
Responsibilities: Applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, Maintenance of emergency distribution boards, Power distribution boards, Miniature Circuit Breaker, Moulded Case Circuit Breaker, Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker installation, Installation of cable trays(perforated and ladder type), Cable termination, commissioning, advising and monitoring labor/technical work and management and co-ordination of all project specifications, responsibility of co-ordination and preparation of Design reviews with the project manager. Drawings, and associated technical data selection, sourcing and scheduling and cost appraisal of all purchased materials on site within the agreed timescale. responsibility for management and co-ordination of all project specifications, Drawings, and associated technical data, gaining the necessary approvals, Supervises a team of technicians and fitters to perform installation and commissioning assistance, Maintain site-working practices in accordance with the company's Health and Safety procedures.
Activities :
Handling APHS(automatic product handling system), Installation of different control panels(salmoragi Italy), Transformers installation, Lighting, power socket installation Cable tray installation, Erection and installation of different power distribution boards, Welding socket installation, Laying of different types power cables(power -3 core 2.5mm to 95mm) and control cables (2g, 3g, 1.5g, 5g 6mm, 12g, 10g up to 36g), Lighting distribution boards, sldb, esldb, psldb, msldb, mcb and mcc installation, Cable termination, wiring, circuit installation, switch yard erection. Knowledge in doc Hook up drawings, Loop drawings, Cause Effect of installation of all types, Checking drawings, Maintenance activities, Installation of all electrical instruments.
