• Working as Procurement Engineer dealing with Structural and Piping items for projects and bids for clients ADMA OPCO, ZADCO, QP, GASCO, ADCO, DP, ONGC, BG(India), PETRONAS and other In-house projects.
• Currently acting as the Project Procurement Coordinator for ADMA OPCO -P3262 Refurbishment/Replacement of Boat Landings at ZWSC & ZCSC Project for which I shall be responsible for Setting up and implementing the procurement procedures, Organising and supervising the procurement group work, Preparing the Project Vendor Lists, Participating in the development of the procurement schedule, Responsible for all procurement activities including purchasing, expediting, inspection and traffic, Maintaining Close interface with the Project and discipline engineers responsible for the technical evaluation of the work through the Engineering Manager, Finalization of commercial evaluation and recommendation to issue PO based on final technical acceptance of vendor offer, In cooperation with the Project Engineering Manager, selecting and recommending vendors for checking and final approval by SPM and PD & Providing procurement reports at intervals specified by the SPM.
• Other responsibilities include supporting the project team with the Procurement activities for the Various Middle East and ONGC projects and providing the Procurement Input to the Estimation and Proposals team by Coordinating with Engineering from Release of MR’s, Issue of RFQ’s to vendors, referring technical clarifications to bidders, preparing CBE’s and TBE’s and Maintaining RFQ Registers,
• PR’s are received via NEAS and enquiries are prepared and approved in the system. Enquiries are floated, offers are received and technical offers are evaluated via Online E-procurement system itself.
• Preparing the CBE’s and PO’s in the NEAS system, updating Overall Procurement Status report, Procurement Plan and Cash Flow details for Management Review.
• Main activities including Sourcing, Expediting, Procurement Status report updation, LC application preparation, invoice clearance and PO close out and assisting PPM in the preparation of Project procurement procedure, Procurement Plan and Project Vendors list for the newly awarded projects and bids.
• Working on creating a Long term frame agreement for NPCC on certain product categories which will enable Company to submit accurate budgets, eliminate sourcing woes, and to plan more accurate shipments / deliveries.

• Current responsibility includes supporting the Estimation Team for Procurement and Subcontract activities for the Various Middle East bids and Procurement for ONGC projects, Far East projects and Mexico projects.

• Handled the Piping, Structural & Electrical & Instrumentation Procurement for ongoing New Build rig jobs Hull 106 & Hull 108 for Mosvold, Hull 109 & Hull 110 for Menadrill and Refurbishment job for Rig Al Bzoom for Client NDC.
• Coordinated and Supervised the Vendor Managed Inventories (VMI) for Piping (Small Bore Pipes and Fittings) and E&I materials.
