Developed and implemented action plans, proposals, and budgets for new shelter and infrastructure
projects, in coordination with senior country management team.
• Managed stakeholders through developing and maintaining external relationships with municipalities,
beneficiaries, contractors, ministries, regional water establishments, and other relevant stakeholders to
ensure successful project delivery
• Conducted regular field visits to ensure proper and timely implementation of activities, identify gaps

• Orchestrated the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and harmonized Bill of

(OCHA).
• Conducted thorough technical and financial assessments of the tendering process and suppliers'
selection, and evaluated contractors and suppliers' tender specifications to ensure compliance with
project requirements.
• Harmonized and updated tools and practices utilized across the mission, and supported field teams to
ensure robust monitoring systems were in place and reviews were undertaken periodically
• Defined the needs in items corresponding to the planned interventions, ensured the follow-up and proper
use of materials and tools during on-site works, and drafted procurement requests in coordination with
Project Managers and Team Leaders using appropriate PU-AMI documentation

good communication, coordination, and information level of each member of the field teams during

to manage related databases and ensure quality work output.
• Designed a soccer football field and kids' entertainment area, and created precise BOQs and technical

price, in accordance with UEFA project criteria. Directly supervised the implementation phase to ensure
compliance with project requirements.
• Created detailed BOQs and designs for 6 community schools across 2 projects in Mount Lebanon,

estimation according to market price, to meet AICS project criteria.
• Developed accurate BOQs and designs for the rehabilitation of community support projects, including a
community kitchen, blood testing center, and other CSPs, with all technical specifications, such as
quantity, size, type, description, and price estimation according to market price, in line with project
requirements.
• Implemented the renovation of over 1700 housing units on an Emergency Response project funded by
UNHCR, ECHO, and Stichting Vluchteling, benefiting around 15000 individuals across Mount
Lebanon.
• Created precise BOQs and designs for the rehabilitation of 6 collective shelters (WASH & Shelter
Rehabilitation), incorporating all technical specifications, such as quantity, size, type, description, and
price estimation according to market price.
• Provided technical input in the general supervision of construction activities and controlled the quality
of materials and workmanship by developing BOQs and technical drawings
• Monitored progress of construction activities and produced weekly/daily progress reports on field
activity and contract status.
• Prepared and filed relevant documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinated with authorities to obtain necessary assistance for project implementation.
