o Follow-up on all payments related to Refugees program and ensure proper settlement
o Reply to the requests of the project coordinators
o Provide administrative support to management and other staff (filing, scanning, CRM, writing mails, Reports)
o Assist the management in the preparation of events and conferences.
o Share specific information related to our projects
o Welcome beneficiaries, collect their info and perform their data entry in the system and provide them customer service
o Generate various reports such as Info Desk sheet and refreshment stock sheet.
o Enter the related information to center tracking sheet and info desk to dynamics
o Fill the cleaner & security time sheet and the commodity assistance request
o Contact beneficiaries and distribute their certificate
o Submit Khadamati services to refugees holding the red card of UNCHR
o Listen effectively to customers' enquiries, answer their requests clearly and direct them to the appropriate staff member where needed
o Prepare, sort and send incoming & outgoing mails, faxes, deliveries and packages
o Scan and archive the centers' supporting documents
