▪ Maintains and updates all leasing related documents and files.

▪ Maintain deposit records and receipt book files.
▪ Issue NOC (No Objection Certificate) to Tenants or its Contractor for any shop related works.
▪ Issue NOC (No Objection Certificate) for the opening of new shops.
▪ Update Tenants Statement of Accounts.
▪ Coordinate with tenants, floor team and contractors for any Marketing related activities at mall.
