o Responsible for the production, organization, maintenance and distribution of all correspondence, reports and records relating to the department.
o Coordinates projects and events, office activities and committee meetings.
o Takes minutes of meetings as required, transcribes and distributes those to relevant personnel.
o Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and format data and reports.
o Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.
o Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, updating and destruction.
o Operates office equipment such as photocopier, and calculator; coordinates the servicing of equipment
o Screens, monitors and directs visitors and telephone calls.
o Maintains total confidentiality at all times.
o Completes various request forms for office supplies and equipment as directed.
o Carries out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision. Makes decisions and establishes work priorities on essentially procedure-oriented operations.
o Member of accreditation team in AlOrf Hospital coordinates activities, programs and making policies and procedures for all departments.
o Provides student and faculty support.
o Answer questions from callers, as well as students on campus with technical issues.
o Be acquainted with the available help resources and stay updated with campus technology changes and problems.
o We are expected to familiarize with new software and hardware applications used in the Computer Laboratory Department.
o Filling employees’ documents as required in HR Department.
o Coordinates HR activities such advertising vacant position, reviewing of CV’s, hiring an employee, orienting the newly hired staff, filing employees’ record, doing staff appraisal and evaluation, helping in the educational program and training of staff and etc.
o Maintaining the progress of the work as agreed with the immediate supervisors.
Tertiary: Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management St. Paul's School of Business and Law Campetic Palo, Leyte Philippines 2007-2010
