Review Material Submittal & Engineering/Fabrication Drawings for MV Generator, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear/Switchboard, Panelboards, MCC’s, Control Panels, MV/LV Transformers, UPS, NGR, and other Electrical and Low current equipment in Central Plant.
Review Shop Drawings for MV/LV Power System Layout and Cable Routing, Substation & Emergency Power Equipment layout and arrangement Drawing, Electrical Room Equipment Layout, Data and other Low Current Room Equipment Layout, Central Control Room Equipment Layout and arrangement Drawing.
Review shop drawings for Small Power & Lighting, Power System Single Line, Fire Alarm System, Public Address, Access Control, CCTV, Telephone & Data, BMS, EPMS, Master Clock, and Structured Cabling.
Conduct Site Inspection, Equipment Inspection at Factory, Material Inspection at site, and prepare report or initiate NCR or Site instruction as needed.
Review Specifications to answer clarification and queries in order to tackle important issues at site.
Attend weekly coordination between Main Contractor and Subcontractor/Supplier at Site.
Oversee the Testing and Commissioning of all the system stated above.

charge of field change design modification and rectification for installation of Electrical equipments and other system in the plant particularly in Generator system and Substation 13.8 KV/230 KV.
In charge of field modification of Electrical/instrumentation design and control philosophy of: Coal scoopers and conveyors, Coal mills, Demineralized feedwater pump, Bunker fuel feed pump, Desalination and Demineralized feedwater treatment plant, Compressor house, Lube oil cooler & Pumphouse, Hydrogen generator house, Electrostatic Precipitator, Condensate feed pumps, Turbine control panel, Exciter power supply and Generator control room.
Act as a support group for testing and commissioning engineers for start -up and functional test of each system such as verification of operation for protection, control sequence and alarms.
Supervise installation of Earthing, Lightning, & Cathodic protection of Oil wells and pipelines, GOSEP, WOSEP, and Water wells.
Implement installation of UPS, Battery banks, Perimeter Lightings, Emergency Generator and Synchronizing Panel, Transformers, Swithcboards and Distribution Boards.
Coordinate installation of flow meters, pressure transmitters, pH analyzers and other instruments for water injection wells and oil wells. Oversee the testing and commissioning of those instruments.
Supervise installation and termination of instrument and control cables as per cable and termination schedule.
Rural and Urban Electrification Project
Conduct Field survey and gather relevant data’s such as number of customers, type of their loads, distances of distribution lines to be laid, type of terrain etc. prior to design preparation.
Prepare distribution line layout and specification such as ACSR size, Pole size and transformer rating, stringing distance for each LV distribution line.
Prepare SLD and equipment arrangement layout and coordination.
Perform short circuit calculation, Voltage Drop, Sag and Tension, Line loads, and Transformer rating.
Prepare Substation/Switchyard layout ( 69/34.5KV) such as arrangement of Power Transformer, CT, CVT, Load break Switch, OCB’s, Surge Arresters, Meters, Protective relays, underground cable trenches and Ducts.
Prepare sizing for Substation Transformer, Circuit Breakers, CT’s, CVT’s, Disconnects, SA’s, Cable size, and Power Transformer rating.
Coordinate equipment clearances and earthing to civil works and other electromechanical equipments.
for an enormous project in King Saud University which have the same responsibility as above.
