Review project contracts, scope, and project specifications
 Prepare detailed execution plans and resource requirements
 Prepare and review design drawings and details for proposals as
required by the client and consultant.
 Prepare and review detailed construction methodology
 Review work variations and ensure supporting documents and
approvals are documented
 Monitor all inspection reports are in compliance with the
requirement and specifications
 Monitor and expedite approvals from client to avoid project delays
 Monitor and control project schedules
 Monitor project executions to ensure all works are carried out as per
drawings, specifications, approved schedule and scope to avoid
delays, non-conformance and scope creep.
 Monitor project executions in a safe and environmental friendly
manner
 Monitor and Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports
 Liaise with purchasing department material and equipment
requisitions. Track to expedite mobilization of all resources.
 Regularly liaise with technical engineering team and consultants
and provide assistance
 Liaise with subcontractors to monitor and to ensure all documents
and communications are provided.
 Regularly liaise with client to ensure that all inputs and comments
from clients are well noted, documented, and properly reviewed.
 Monitor and control resource assignments
 Attend regular meetings with Subcontractors, Consultants and
Clients

➢ Act as Site Engineer and oversee the smooth implementation of the project in accordance with approved plans, specifications and schedules. And reports regularly for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
➢ Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigation
➢ Prepares the Detailed Design and Program of Works of the project, Material requirements and Man power requirements.
➢ BOQ Preparation of Civil Works.
➢ Prepares Billing Documents.
➢ Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues.
➢ Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
➢ Managing Budgets and other project resources.
➢ Managing change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and identifying, formalizing and notifying relevant parties of changes in the project.
➢ Correcting any project deficiency that affect production, quality and safety requirements prior to final evaluation and project reviews.
➢ Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget.
➢ Responsible for quality management of the work
➢ Provides the work accomplishments reports (weekly, monthly & quarterly).
➢ AutoCAD operator.

➢ Coordination with Technical Office for any changes in the drawing or any revision.
