Project Scope: New Road development for access to Meydan One mall. 5 multilevel bridges (Total Span: 2250m), 3 Underpasses (Total Span: 610m), Deep utility networks (54, 000m), Shallow utility networks (51, 000m) & Road works (220, 000m2).
The key aspect of the project is the availability of limited time & limited space constraints because of multiple projects happening beside the Project right of way.
Key Performance Areas:
• Managing the team of subcontractor planners to develop the Baseline programme.
• Develop the procurement schedule along with the E1 & E2 logs for proper project control.
• Development of project monitoring microlevel target charts for Construction team buy-in.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delay events are correctly identified & notified to the Engineer.

Project Scope: Construction of the Structural works package for the 430, 000 sq.ft. Meydan One mall project including the support structure for the World’s longest indoor Ski slope (1km) and Dubai’s largest dancing fountain.
The key aspect of the project is the pace of construction where the entire package is to be completed within an incredibly short duration of 23 months.
Planning Engineer handling the QR 450 Million Abu Hamour Project.
Project Scope:
- Construction of Stormwater tunnel (9500m deep, 4.5m diameter & approx. 30m depth) using EPB Tunnel Boring Machine.
- 33 No. Access shafts with Diameter varying from 6.4m to 13m
- Microtunnelling works for more than 1Km length.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare & obtain approval for Project Baseline programme (In accordance with Industry standards and Project contract conditions)
- Prepare detailed Construction level programmes & Look ahead schedules.
- Prepare and track procurement activities for TBM consumables (Very critical activity especially considering the salient nature of the project due to which most of the materials had to be procured from outside Qatar, increasing the lead time considerably).
- Analyse individual activities to identify productivity looses and optimize construction sequences (Example: Created detailed construction crew movement charts to optimize resource utilization thereby saving considerable time and costs.
- Prepare and submit Monthly, Weekly and Daily progress reports.
- Prepare Delay analysis schedules and assist in preparing Contractual claim submissions
- Assist Cost control & Billing departments to monitor the Budget & cost status during project execution..
