I am responsible for managing three franchise outlets and contributing to new business development initiatives.

Import, Export, Indenting, Consultancy, Commission Agent, First Class Contractor and Supplier.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and government supply projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Supervise the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment and systems as per technical specifications and contractual requirements.
• Manage end-to-end activities related to government procurement, including tender participation, documentation, and compliance through the e-GP system.
• Coordinate with government and privet authorities, consultants, vendors, and internal
departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare technical and commercial reports, and support management in decision-making.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics planning, and material dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain effective communication with local and international clients, demonstrating cross
cultural business understanding.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and efficient utilization of resources.
• Lead and support project teams, providing guidance, task allocation, and performance
monitoring.

Major Projects Handled:
 3-Pass Fire Tube Boiler Supply Project for BSFIC.
 Flaw Detector Machine Supply for Bangladesh Railway (West Zone, Rajshahi).
 Supply of 02 Nos. Wheel Loader for DGDP.
 Supply of 04 Nos. Landfill Compactor Machine for LGED.
 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Lightning Protection System (LPS) at
multiple government and industrial sites.

• Executed compliance-related engineering works in accordance with Accord & Alliance
requirements for industrial facilities.
• Conducted thermal scanning inspections, analysis, and prepared detailed technical reports
with consultancy recommendations.
• Supervised and implemented conventional Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) for industrial
and commercial installations.
• Designed, prepared, and reviewed Single Line Diagrams (SLD) in accordance with national
and international electrical standards.
• Performed insulation resistance and earth resistance testing, including data analysis,
documentation, and reporting.
• Executed and supervised industrial and domestic electrical wiring works ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinated with clients, site engineers, and technicians to ensure project quality, safety, and
timely completion.
• Ensured strict adherence to electrical safety codes, compliance standards, and best engineering practices throughout project execution.
