Develop construction details that comply with the overall design intent.
Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings including checking and coordinating details and Dimensions.
Ongoing review and checking of the documents for accuracy and completeness
Architectural plan detailing, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for manufacturing Pre-engineered modular buildings.
Check designs and details before submitting to Line Manager.
Prepares 3d modelling for presentation (sketch-up Vray
Designs of plans of house models and amenities.
Prepares schematic drawings for a given concept.
Prepares working drawings and shop drawings supplemental to the design of plans.
Renders drawings either in Sketch up Vray, Photoshop, 3d AutoCAD (basic knowledge) or in manual and prepares drawings in a more presentable manner.
Site Inspections needed for the designs of other facilities or hardware’s and also for orientation purposes.
Prepares shop, detailed and as-built plan of projects.
Prepares housing layout/orientation.
Inspection of workmanship or quality control of on-going construction.
Product analysis and recommendations.
Accommodates buyer’s request for extension and revision of plans.
Aids in anything that other divisions or departments wishes to be prepare.
Prepares monthly inventory report for reinforcing bar and billet.
Monitoring supply in bar mill.
Checking standard appearance of bars.
Secure correct number of deliveries per truck loads.
Helps in concept formulation.
